We are always accepting inquires from Il. Licensed-Newly licensed Salesperson(s). 

Must be technologically savvy (email/computer-internet/pager/cell minimum.Must have home computer-notebook) and/or willing to learn and absorb concepts you may not have been previously exposed to, and providing the consumer and the industry with a higher level of performance.

We will expose you to programs, procedures and marketing in use by only a small fraction of all agents and companies currently.Our training also includes matters which go unaddressed by traditional training programs.This is the training all should have, but none offer.

Our training is extensive regarding the actual day to day practice of operations of the business, and all involved, and what is required to successfully perform a transaction(s). A Training program addressing objections does little towards an agent knowing which documents are required, the procedure a transaction entails,and other steps required to successfully close a transaction.

Marketing

While we utilize and test many marketing strategies, our current expansion has brought the amount of work required to a level which now is creating a situation which might be best filled by the attention of one single individual.

This individual will be responsible for execution of all marketing tasks. Possible to start part time, with tremendous potential.Compensation possibilities numerous.

No requirements. Must only be intelligent.We will train you regarding what is needed and what tasks.
